Award-winning Vancouver Island tenor Ken Lavigne joins the VS for an evening of all things Celtic. After performing on some of the largest stages in North America, including Carnegie Hall, Victoria’s own charming tenor returns home to take you on a journey through the misty moors and foot-stomping ceilidhs of all your favourite Celtic musical moments. You’ll be singing along with beloved melodies such as Danny Boy, When Irish Eyes Are Smiling, Molly Malone, Loch Lomond and more.
The policies of the Victoria Symphony, the Royal Theatre and the University of Victoria state that every person must have a ticket in order to be admitted to a performance. Children five years and older are welcome at all regular Victoria Symphony concerts. There are no age restrictions at Concerts for Kids, but all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Babes-in-arms at Concerts for Kids will be issued a complimentary seat next to their parent or guardian.
