The Victoria Symphony salutes the Royal Canadian Navy on its 100th birthday with music inspired by the sea and naval warriors such as Richard Rodgers' Victory at Sea, Gilbert and Sullivan's HMS Pinafore and The Pirates of Penzance, and other melodies both popular and classical.

The Immortal Bard has inspired endless music from Medelssohn's A Midsummer Night's Dream to Broadway hits such as West Side Story and Kiss Me Kate. Hear the Victoria Symphony play your favorite Shakespearean tunes - and as a bonus, enjoy Scott Walker's rendition of some Shakespearean verse!
