  • Online orders will only be released to the cardholder, who must have the credit card used in the transaction with them for verification purposes.
  • Tickets are available for pick up in advance of the performance at either the McPherson Playhouse or Royal Theatre Box Office. Please bring your order number with you in addition to your credit card.
  • If picking your tickets up on your way into the performance, please arrive at least 1/2 hour prior to the performance start time.
  • Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance.
  • Camera, audio, and video recording equipment is prohibited.
